The service

Elusive Depot Books keeps bookkeeping records for eBay sellers who dropship from Amazon, from the eBay data you connect and the Amazon emails you forward, and shows them in your private channels on the Elusive Depot Discord server.

Price, trial and billing

• Your first 30 days are free. After that the service is $5 a month, billed through Stripe to the card you give at checkout, until you cancel.
• Subscribing during the free month doesn't shorten it: billing starts when it ends.
• If a payment fails, Stripe tries again; if it still can't be paid, or the free month ends without a subscription, your books stop updating. Nothing is deleted, and you can still download your workbook.
• We'll tell you in your private channel at least 30 days before any price change takes effect for you.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time from Manage billing in your store's settings channel. You keep the service to the end of the month you've paid for, and you aren't charged again. Payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires it; if something went wrong, ask in your private channel and we'll make it right.

Your data

Your books are yours. How we handle them is in the privacy policy, including how to have everything deleted.

Accuracy, and not tax advice

Elusive Depot Books is a bookkeeping tool, not a tax preparer, accountant or advisor. Every figure it produces is an estimate built from the data you connect and the Amazon emails you forward, and is only as complete and correct as that data. We make no warranty that any figure, the tax set-aside, or the Schedule C workbook is accurate or complete. Nothing here is a filed tax return or tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your own tax filings and for reviewing every figure with a qualified tax professional before you file or otherwise rely on it.

Limits

The service is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Elusive Depot's total liability to you for anything related to it is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Using it fairly

Use the service only for your own store. Don't try to see another customer's data or disrupt the service; we may close an account that does.
