About
Elusive Depot is an eBay store in New Jersey that dropships from Amazon. The bookkeeping behind it started as a tool for that one store: tax-grade books, every figure traced to the order, email or deposit it came from, and a Schedule C at year end with nothing to guess.
Other sellers asked for the same, so Elusive Depot Books is that system opened up: you connect your eBay account and forward your Amazon emails, and the same engine keeps your books. Before it was offered to anyone, it was run against our own store's records and matched them to the cent.

Questions
Do you need my eBay or Amazon password?
No. eBay access is granted on eBay's own page and is read-only. Amazon purchases come from the order emails you forward; we never log in anywhere.
What about my buyers' details?
Never stored. A buyer's first name, city and state are used only to match an Amazon purchase to its eBay sale, as a one-way fingerprint that can't be read back.
Can other members of the server see my numbers?
No. Every store has its own private channels. The only shared rooms are #general and #bugs-and-suggestions.
I buy on several Amazon accounts.

What if I started selling earlier this year?
Your books go back to January 1. Forward your older Amazon emails in a few clicks and the history fills in, month by month.

Every figure is an estimate built from the data you connect and the emails you forward, so it depends on that data being complete. It is not a filed tax return and not tax, legal or accounting advice. Always review it with a qualified tax professional before you file or rely on it.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from Manage billing in your settings channel. You keep the service to the end of the month you paid for, and your books and workbook stay yours.
